This research paper: A 4 page paper examining why community involvement is a positive activity for Target Corporation and how the company might approach greater commitment to volunteering. Target's method of giving back is admirable. TV's Dr. Phil McGraw notes that children are 30 percent of our population and 100 percent of our future. Having the opportunity to assist education without adding hours to the week or detracting from home life certainly represents the best of scenarios. Removing barriers of time and expense should allow greater numbers of employees the freedom to volunteer and to become involved more with their own community. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
