This research paper: This 8 page report discusses issues associated with career assessment in the educational system. For decades, American high school students faced a variety of career “assessments” which would supposedly indicate what professions they were uniquely suited for and where they were most likely to find career satisfaction. The problem with such tests were that they were far too generalized and offered little real guidance.
