This research paper: A 6 page paper identifying the structural differences between community hospitals, major teaching hospitals and health maintenance organizations (HMOs). All are primary players in the overall health care industry, but each maintains a different focus in the industry. The purpose here is to identify the goals and performance measures of each type of health care organization.
