This research paper: A 6 page discussion of the changes that have occurred since 9-11 in the U.S. and Spain in regard to terrorism. The contention is presented that the most eminent threat of terrorism that we are facing in the U.S. results more from our own counterterrorism activities than it does from the terrorists themselves. In Spain, however, terrorism seems to have intensified in regard to the threat of both biological weapons and bombs and other more traditional weapons of destruction. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
