This research paper: 5 pages in length. The intrinsic motivation to succeed in business is often – if not unreliably – related to one's position within the company. Indeed, a mailroom worker is not nearly as inspired as is the marketing sales representative, who in turn does not possess the same level of performance drive as the company's CEO. These demarcations of success within the company structure can just as readily transcend within familial associations as with non-kin workers, which is why transfers of power in family business situations can result in an upset of personalities as well as profits.
