This research paper: A 10 page business plan for a start-up movie theatre in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). With only 23,000 permanent residents and a high per capita income ($38,500 in 2006), there is little available for the citizens of BVI in terms of inexpensive commercial entertainment. Most such businesses focus on attracting the tourist dollar.
