This research paper: 5 pages in length. The major phases of this simulation include reason(s) for job dissatisfaction, intervention for job dissatisfaction, consultancy and stress. The chosen reason for job dissatisfaction was being limited in the type of stunts they could perform, ultimately making the job routine and unexciting. Interventions included training in other stunts, allow participation in open competitions, performance-based incentives and rotation in industry meets as a means by which to reintroduce excitement back into the job by broadening the scope of stunts on both a professional and competitive level. Assembling the most productive consultant group required a combination of amenable attitude, enough experience and diversity in ability among the individuals. Lee, Charlie and Cari were selected because of their low conflict and acceptable levels of attitude and personality. Allowing a flexible work schedule was the most applicable solution since the vast majority stated they did not have as much time as they wanted to spend with family. Moreover, this choice was economically advantageous at a zero price tag. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
