This research paper: An 8 page paper discussing the job fair from the recruiter’s and the candidate’s perspective. There are some features of the job fair not directly applicable to other forms of recruiting, not the least of which is that current employees of a company – its recruiters – and potential employees can meet on a highly personal level. The method in which companies present themselves and the opportunities within them has direct effect on their success with these job fairs. The paper is written from the perspective of a recruiter for ETNA Company, and the responsibility of the job fair recruiter to (1) identify promising potential job candidates; and (2) create an interest among those potential candidates in my company.
