This research paper: This 15 page report discusses the United States Uniform Commercial Code, government procurement requirements and regulations, as well as the other laws governing government procurement activities. Special attention is given to Article 2 of the U.C.C. that outlines issues relating to sales transactions. The fact that the states, not the Federal government, are the primary source of law on commercial transactions in the U.S. is also addressed.
