The most important thing Mike needed to achieve to ensure a smooth transition to using technologically advanced equipment at Trail Manufacturing was a sense of security within the company's employee infrastructure. In his haste to make such tremendous company changes occur virtually overnight, he failed to look at the broader scope where implementation was concerned and thereby forfeited his chance to move at a pace more agreeable with his workforce.
